Herb brings over a decade of human resources leadership in industrial construction, including HR roles at a tier 1 automotive manufacturer and a 10-year tenure as head of HR for a national industrial contractor. That experience — recruiting, developing, and retaining craft workers across large-scale projects — showed him that the construction labor crisis demands new thinking, not just more of the same. With billions of dollars in LNG, semiconductor, data center, and renewable energy projects ramping across the country, the demand for skilled tradespeople is only accelerating. Herb co-founded Jamup Ventures to make sure the companies building this future can actually find the people to do it. He leads sales and client partnerships at RoadDogJobs and RoadDogMarketing, working directly with contractors and staffing firms who are scaling fast and can't afford to lose the race for talent.
